Our Auction Policy

As a Special Editions Auction member, you’ll be able to bid on our extensive vehicle inventory of used cars, trucks, vans,  SUVs, and restoration projects.

Any party wishing to bid on property offered for sale must register in advance at our application page.

All sales will be made by auction. Each sale may have a different end time which will be indicated on the individual parcel auction page. The auction will extend if any bids are made in the last 5 minutes of the auction and will continue until no bids are placed for 5 minutes.

TERMS OF SALES ARE SUBJECT TO MODIFICATION. BY SUBMITTING A BID, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THE SALE AS POSTED AT THE TIME BID IS SUBMITTED.

Payment Information

The instructions for FINAL PAYMENT will be included in the “Winning Email Notice” that is sent out to all awarded winners at the conclusion of the auction. PLEASE VIEW THE INSTRUCTIONS VIA THE WINNING NOTICE, BEFORE SUBMITTING ANY PAYMENTS. Payment arrangements must be made within 3 days of the winning bid date. Payment must be made by cash, cashier’s check, or wire transfer. If payment is not arranged within this 3 day bidder may be subject to arbitration.

Every winning bid is subject to a $300 doc fee and any applicable taxes regardless of the vehicle type condition or winning bid amount that will be paid along with the winning bid amount.

Winning Bid

The winning bid will be the highest accepted bid during the posted time frame for the entire vehicle.

All sales are final.
